project funding 2006
I applied for funding from the JGT when I was experimenting with a new technique that involved weaving electronics and wires through photographs. An examination of drawing in three dimensions, using wire to convey both a visual idea and in some cases, actual current or power through the work to create a mixture of imagery and sound: sound-scapes. This sort of experimentation is always costly in terms of time and finances so to receive £900 pound towards putting this body of work together was extremely gratefully received.
My work will be on shown June 07 at Flowerseast, London.
